Pete Moss is going back to the future.
The owner of Herb’s Auto is going horse and buggy.
He’s launching a new business — the Historic Bath Berkeley Springs Carriage Tours.
It’s a horse drawn carriage tour of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, leaving from the Country Inn.
“This is a great memory that somebody can take away from Berkeley Springs,” Moss said.
The carriage will operate Saturdays and Sundays from the Country Inn, weather permitting.
Moss said that he ran the carriage tour this past winter.
“We ran it during the International Water Tasting Festival in February this year and for a Dickens of a Christmas in December last year,” Moss said.
Moss said that he has a sleigh available if it snows and if there is enough snow.
The cost of the ride is $25 per couple or $15 per individual.
