Adam Kary’s Black Cat Music Shop in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia was rocking Friday night at open mic night.
A number of groups, including house band the Electric Factory and East-West, shook up the crowd.
Electric Factory played a thunderous cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s anti-war rock anthem Fortunate Son.
And Morgan County’s newest entry — East-West — rocked the house with three originals — Eyes of the Beholder, Desert, and Remember Them.
Black Cat is becoming the go to destination for new bands in the Eastern Panhandle.
The Black Cat Music Shop hosts open mic nights the first Friday of every month from 7 pm to 10 pm.
