Andrew Gosline, Owner of Berkeley Springs Castle, Dies at 74

Andrew Gosline, the owner of the Berkeley Springs Castle, the Old Factory Antique Mall, the Old Mill building and a number of other properties in town, died on December 2, 2014 at the age of 74.

Gosline shuttled back and forth between residences in Ormond Beach, Florida and Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

Gosline was born on April 16, 1940.

He was the son of Andrew Jackson Gosline IV and Margaret Edna Gross.

Gosline was a graduate of Clearfield Pennsylvania High School, the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (BS, 1962) and the Stevens Institute of Technology (MS 1970).

Gosline retired as the founder and president of Atlas Computer Systems in New Jersey and Tender Health Care in Florida and was the former owner of five Computerland stores in New Jersey.

Three sons — Andrew Jackson Gosline VI of Loch Arbour, New Jersey, Matthew Gosline and his wife Jennifer of Belmar, New Jersey, and Mark of West Palm Beach, Florida.

A grandson — Mason of Belmar, New Jersey.

A sister — Bonnie and her husband Kenneth Molitor of Fallbrook, California.

A former wife — Mary Leffler Mary (Leffler) Gosline of Loch Arbour, New Jersey.

A former wife — Gabriela Pena of West Palm Beach, Florida.

Three nieces, two nephews, two grandnieces and four grandnephews.

At the behest of the family, memorial contributions should be made to the Mayo Clinic for Lung Cancer Research.
