For House of Delegates District 59, Tally Reed faces off against former Delegate Larry Kump.

Statewide, in the Republican primary, will former Massey Energy CEO continue to surge and be nominated to take on Democratic Senator Joe Manchin or Paula Jean Swearingen?

In the Democratic primary, can veteran Aaron Scheinberg upset former Coca Cola public relations executive Talley Sergent?

Judge Debra McLaughlin is being challenged by Jefferson County attorney David Hammer.

And Judge Steven Redding is being challenged by attorneys David Camilletti and Kimberly Crockett.

The school levy is also up for a vote.

And voters in Morgan County will vote in three school board members.
