Sustainable Berkeley Springs is sponsoring an eight week session titled Bodyworks.
The Bodyworks program teaches parents to be role models for their children and provides families with the tools and support they need to establish better eating and activity habits.
The Bodyworks program will be held from June 23 to August 11 at Starting Points in Berkeley Springs. The program is free, but space is limited.
