There’s going to be a party.
This Saturday June 1 at the Troubadour in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia between 4 pm and midnight.
To celebrate the life and times of Jim and Bertha McCoy — owners of the Troubadour and the West Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame. ($5 donation at the door.)
The party will feature Billy Thompson, The Carpenter Ants, The Flashbacks, Sandy Utley, Elaini Arthur, Tracie Dillon and the newly formed and yet unnamed amalgam — Angela Petry, Matt Hahn and Mike Kligerman.
Weather permitting, the event will be held outside in the Tiki Lounge.
Food and beverage will be available.
The celebration is being organized by former Morgan Messenger editor John Douglas and Carpenter Ants and Mountain Stage guitarist Michael Lipton.
