Panorama is Back in Berkeley Springs

The Panorama is back.

Dustin Percy has his eye on March 1, 2020 for the opening of his Panorama Bar & Grill just west of Berkeley Springs on Route 9 with its spectacular overlook of the Cacapon River.

Percy was born and raised in Morgan County and has his own business – Percy Renovations.

He was contacted by Panorama owners Leslie Hotaling and Patti Miller. They wanted the Panorama’s roof fixed. During the process of fixing the roof, Percy fell in love with the building.

Within a few days, Percy had cut a deal with Hotaling and Miller to lease the building to him so that he could open up his bar and grill.

Percy says that the Panorama Bar & Grill will be open seven days a week from 10 am to 9 pm for food. The bar will be open to midnight or 1 am.

He’s planning live music on the weekends – country, southern rock, classic rock and roll.

An expanded bar.

Some pools tables.

And then of course, there is the spectacular view.

Panorama Bar & Grill adds to a slew of new openings around Berkeley Springs.

Most recently, John Mason has just opened Charlotte’s Cafe (named after his daughter) at the former Warm Springs Restaurant in Berkeley Springs. It’s been pretty much jammed packed with customers for the two weeks it has been open.
