Catina Webster will be the Democratic candidate in the race to unseat Saira Blair (R) for the West Virginia House of Delegates in District 59.

District 59 includes the southern part of Morgan County and western parts of Berkeley County including Hedgesville.
Blair was elected in 2014 — at 18 the youngest elected state legislator in the country.
Webster says she’s running to “combat greed” and “bring back integrity in Charleston for ‘We the People.”
She says she will focus her campaign on four issues — the environment, right to work, repeal of the prevailing wage and West Virginia’s public employees insurance agency (PEIA).
Webster says her work includes over 15 years of leadership and management experience.
