The concept centers around all the ‘essential-ish’ goods to enjoy life in the woods — fresh baked bread and treats, craft beer and wine (to go), specialty coffee\/tea\/food items, and curated merchandise. Menu items will feature a few smoothies to start — and progressing into salads and soups in time. We’d like to be vending as much local stuff as possible. We also have an intimate gallery space in the back that will feature rotating artists and local works.
