<\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nPercy was born and raised in Morgan County and has his own business \u2013 Percy Renovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was contacted by Panorama owners Leslie Hotaling and Patti Miller. They wanted the Panorama\u2019s roof fixed. During the process of fixing the roof, Percy fell in love with the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within a few days, Percy had cut a deal with Hotaling and Miller to lease the building to him so that he could open up his bar and grill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Percy says that the Panorama Bar & Grill will be open seven days a week from 10 am to 9 pm for food. The bar will be open to midnight or 1 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\u2019s planning live music on the weekends \u2013 country, southern rock, classic rock and roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panorama Bar & Grill adds to a slew of new openings around Berkeley Springs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most recently, John Mason has just opened Charlotte\u2019s Cafe (named after his daughter) at the former Warm Springs Restaurant in Berkeley Springs. It\u2019s been pretty much jammed packed with customers for the two weeks it has been open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
