The Cocoa Crawl Friday night and the Christmas parade Saturday night brought hundreds of people to downtown Berkeley Springs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second annual Cocoa Crawl drew more than 1,000 area residents \u2013 many of them parents with young children \u2013 to walk between thirteen businesses to taste free samples of hot cocoa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(The participating businesses were \u2013 The Vintage Kitchen, Berkeley Floral, Hunter\u2019s Hardware, Black Cat Music Co-op, Sage Moon Herb Shop, Portals Metaphysical, Mountain Laurel Gallery, Mineral Springs Trading Co., Marley Max Candles & More, Fleur de Lis Cheese Shop, Jules Enchanting Gifts, Berkeley Springs Antique Mall and Inspired Chaos.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Saturday night, 522 was blocked off for about an hour for the Christmas parade as fire trucks and floats moved down the main drag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two of the most colorful were floats from Pentoney Brothers Contracting and Gat Creek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parade was followed by a Christmas tree lighting in Berkeley Springs State Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
