The Fairfax Coffee House is back in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trey Johanson has purchased the building that housed the Fairfax Street institution from Magic Miller.<\/span><\/p>\n

And she\u2019s hoping to reopen the coffee house by the July 4th weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n

The coffee house will be serving breakfast sandwiches all day. The menu will also include vegetarian chili, macaroni and cheese, and luncheon sandwiches.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will be an ice cream bar — serving ice cream, yogurt and fruit bars.<\/span><\/p>\n

The coffee at the coffee house will be provided by Black Dog Coffee.<\/span><\/p>\n

The coffee house will be open Friday from 7 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm, Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm and Monday from 8 am to 3 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll start there and hopefully grow to open seven days a week,\u201d Johanson said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Johanson says she\u2019ll look at the possibility of bringing back live music on weekends.<\/span><\/p>\n

Johanson is looking for community feedback — including the things people enjoyed about the old Fairfax Coffee House and \u201cwhat you are dying to have back.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
