A Mexican food truck has arrived in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.<\/p>\n
Jimmy Sanchez of Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania has been selling Mexican food from his yellow food truck — Santiago\u2019s New Mexican Foods.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The truck is parked across from the Morgan County Courthouse behind the BB&T Bank on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (if the truck is not at an event) \u00a0from 10 am to 5 pm.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cWe serve strictly Mexican food — food that we were raised on, food that we have cooked all of our lives and still eat today,\u201d Sanchez said. \u201cHome cooked and healthy food.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On the menu for breakfast — breakfast burrito and huevos rancheros.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For lunch and dinner — all kinds of tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and frito pies — fritos, beans, ground beef, cheese, red chile. (All items can be made either with meat — steak, chicken, shredded beef — or vegetarian.)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For dessert — a Mexican favorite — sopapilla — puffy fried bread plain or with honey.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sanchez has been bringing his truck to Berkeley Springs for three weeks now and he says business \u201cis getting better all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sanchez says he\u2019s hoping to move around the county.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He says he has an appointment to be at Gat Creek for lunch — where upward of 150 workers are out for an early lunch looking to grab a quick bite to eat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sanchez started his business in Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But he searched the area between Bedford, Pennsylvania and Winchester, Virginia and picked Berkeley Springs because of the traffic.
